Allana serves as our office manager for the Dick Lombardi team. She is dedicated to creating a seamless experience for every policyholder and is driven by the opportunity to turn a stressful "curveball", like a complex claims process or a sudden life change, into a manageable situation. Her goal is to make insurance easy to understand and even easier to manage.
As a believer in community and creativity, Allana spends her time out of the office giving back to the Queen City. You might find her volunteering at local Manchester art festivals or exploring the trails around Massabesic Lake with her family. If you spot Allana out in the wild, mention being a Good Neighbor & she will make a donation to the local animal shelter!

Nuojie, who goes by Vanessa, brings a vibrant, can-do energy and an impressive academic background to the Dick Lombardi team. With both a Bachelors and Masters degree, Vanessa applies a high level of analytical skill to every policyholder interaction. Vanessa is proud to offer insurance guidance in both Chinese & English.
When she isn't in the office, Vanessa completely embraces the New England lifestyle. An avid athlete, you'll likely find her on the slopes at McIntyre Ski Area, playing on local Manchester tennis courts, or staying active on community sports fields. Her dedication to excellence on the field translates directly into her commitment to being a reliable advocate for our State Farm policyholders.
