Within a day I had sent in pix of my car and had an estimate. I used a body shop of my choice. Throughout the process I continually received updates so I was not left wondering what was happening. When the body shop determined that my tire rim was cracked and needed to be replaced instead of repaired State Farm reassessed the damage and paid for the replacement. Seamless process. Constantly updated. Pleasure to do business with State Farm!"
