"Where do I being, my parents had State Farm for over 40 years upon their passing and I took over their house and State Farm was our house home insurance this lady Alana that works from Dick Lombardi Was playing email tag with me we never answer. My emails. Wouldn’t take my phone calls and then when she did answer the emails ask me for all kinds of pictures of my home sent them to her and there was always another issue this one on for a whole year. I guess they lost a long time. Customer and I have spread the word how badly I was treated by Alana."

The staff is fantastic to work with. We have the pleasure of dealing with Allana directly. She is always extremely helpful and goes above and beyond if we call with a simple question, or needing help with a car insurance claim.

I had someone hit my truck with a plow. And the other insurance company that dealt with the gentleman that hit me told me I was at fault. I immediately called Allana for help, I called the accident in right after it happened. So everything was documented. She assured me that she would assist me and she let Dick know what happened. After phone calls back and forth they deemed it the other gentleman’s fault. You do not come across businesses that help their clients and go above and beyond anymore.
